Well I came in looking for the 21 Rogue Platinum they we the only dealership in 250mi to have one. I've been coming here for a while for my oil changes since I bought the pre maintenace package. At first it goes all to plan and I go to pick up my keys and the lady says that will be 66.48. Used their service dept. They were excellent and dealt with my warranty company and kept me appraised of the process. My warranty company was dragging their feet but even so, Danny was always super patient and friendly. They replaced my transmission quickly. This is a great place to take your vehicle. The waiting room is the nicest lounge in town. The employees and policies are grounded in safety.
Brought my vehicle in for a heater issue. They got me right in and did a diagnostic on the system and determined it to be an air pocket. Did a coolant system flush. The service manager kept me informed through the whole process. Was impressed with the customer service. Was out in about an hour.
They tried to reset computer but still got the herky jerky engine problem. When they changed the tires they tried to double stack tires in the trunk and broke off the trunk light
They explained the entire process as it was happening and got me in and out as quickly as possible. Scheduling my appointment was easy as well.

Just a little confused as to the inspection report not coming to me at the time of service. Had to wait until I returned home to see what needed to be done. Also the inspection report said I needed a cabin air filter, but I had that replaced in April. I made an appt for the transmission fluid - I would have had that done at the same time as the oil change if I had known about it. I spoke with Julie this morning and she explained everything and I made an appt for the transmission fluid.
Jenn in service got me in last minute for an oil change that was way overdue and alerted me to some things the technician found that we will need to get done soon...... great customer service and timely! Will be back!
This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. The staff were all very attentive, friendly and pleasant. The trade in offer on my old car was more than fair, and the rebates were a pleasant surprise. I especially appreciated the full tank of gas in the new car!
I agreed with the charge of roughly $225 for the services I needed. In the end it was only $165 for the services because they didn’t need to purchase a part or spend the service time they had in the quote to fix the problem. They fixed my problem honestly and didn’t charge me for something I didn’t need. The service tech was very matter of fact and didn’t make a big deal about it.... The service was expeditious and effective. However, rules about using face masks and maintaining distance were not taken seriously at all. Personnel walked about without masks. One was wear a pistol on his hip. When customers were approached, face masks were pulled up properly; otherwise, the entire property seemed to me to be a petri-dish. I eventually chose to wait outside. The general disregard for safety rules will greatly discourage me from ever shopping there for a new car.
