As always, just a fine, first rate service department. Jennifer always answers all questions and makes sure everything is perfect. I have peace of mind when driving down the road. She is absolutely outstanding. The staff, throughout the dealership was extremely polite and courteous ( shout out to Jeff Anderson - if I was buying, I would have bought that day). My wife and daughter were so pleased, especially at the kindness of Kim Gillette (while we were waiting until he lounge). You guys have a lot to do, but Kim, taking time to talk to my daughter was above and beyond. You made her day. I cannot recommend Dave Smith Nissan more highly.

Good value for the price

I dealt with Julie and Jack Schenck and Rich, not Justin King. The vehicle I originally went up there for I was told had a 120 point inspection, but there was fluid leaking from a hose. I guess it could have broke on my test drive. They quickly recommended another vehicle I was happy with, a 2014 Chevy 1500. I was very pleased with this vehicle and everything is as advertised.

Great job getting me a truck I wanted.

Dave Smith Used car Spokane did a nice job getting me a truck I wanted at a reasonable rate. I had went to CAL earlier and the price they wanted was high (above prices I researched online). I walked away from a truck there and sought a similar one that I actually liked better for a price much less than CAL and similar to what my research said. They brought me the truck I wanted from Idaho and after test driving it I purchased it. Jack was open, forthright, and a pleasure to deal with.

Pleasant experience

I drove in to Dave Smith Spokane to see what they had for F150 inventory ,turned out they had plenty. I met a salesman named jack who knew quite a lot about the truck line there. He showed me all the F150s on the lot and told me what he knew about each one. Originally I had come to look at truck I saw in an add but it was gone already. We found a truck that was better than the one I wanted to look at and decided to purchase it. It was just before closing but everybody there stayed until the deal was done and we were satisfied . I recommend Dave Smith Nissan in Spokane, and if you go there ask for Jack.

In the past I have dreaded car dealers like some avoid the dentist. Much too painful. But Natalie and Jack were very nice to me and my wife. No pressure and were helpful and accommodating. Even after the sale the have addressed my concerns.

Great except long wait to sign paperwork.

Didn’t finance so only needed to sign needed paperwork. Was happy thinking it would be a quick process. Waited an hour and half when initially told only 1 person ahead of me. Long wait for 5 minutes of paperwork. Otherwise good experience. Just can’t get over being told Saturdays are the busiest but only 2 staff for finance and sales paperwork.

Great place to get your vehicle

I wanted to get a used car. Jack was absolutely amazing from the beginning! He was not pushy at all and respected the budget we wanted to stay within. Found the perfect vehicle. Financing took a little while with our unique situation but they were amazing at keeping us informed and making things happen. Got our car and even got an amazing warranty with it! Definitely recommend them to others. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the first financing guy we tried to work with was very rude and unhelpful. Fortunately for us, Jack got us set up with their other guy who made things happen immediately and was incredibly helpful! Their prices are great and their customer service, especially with Jack was wonderful.

Good device great employees.

The staff was very helpful. One of the sailing points was the auto start, but it actually didn't come with the start. When I brought it to their attention the keybob wouldn't start the engine. They installed a auto start for me. I appreciate that they made it good.

Best dealership experience
